Before launching Gusdorf Marketing Group, Bryan served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the L&R Group of Companies for over 8 years. In this capacity, he oversaw sales and marketing initiatives for multiple divisions nationally. He was instrumental in the company’s growth nationally and breaking new ground in multiple markets simultaneously including: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Seattle, Denver, Houston, San Diego, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Orlando, New Jersey and Milwaukee.
Gusdorf excels in creating strategic partnerships with community organizations, businesses and sports teams such as the Los Angeles Lakers and the Seattle Seahawks.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a Minor in Business Management from The University of New Mexico. In addition, he is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the American Marketing Association.

As the Marketing Director and right-hand man of Gusdorf Marketing, Justin Gerardi hones in on his innate ability to imagine, create and engage. With a passion for working with start-ups and wide array of businesses, Justin thrives on his capacity to think outside of the box in order to achieve short and long term goals. Justin is an entrepreneur at heart with a caffeine-fueled ambition rushing through his veins.
As a California native, he draws from various areas of expertise including but certainly not limited to: developing direction and copy for marketing materials; graphic design; social media marketing; e-mail marketing; website development & maintenance; product launches; SEO; cross-channel marketing; event marketing; public relations; along with the ability to compile and analyze marketing data. While working with a boutique public relations firm and side-by-side with multiple businesses, Justin has acquired local and national coverage for industries including food & beverage, medical, fashion, and arts & entertainment.
Justin holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University of Northridge that complements an ocean-sized skill set that revolves around the world of graphic design, marketing and public relations.

Rick Rhoades communications career spans 20+ years of agency and in-house corporate and marketing experience, including leading both Fox and Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment publicity teams and consulting with Disney’s industry-leading Consumer Products and Publishing divisions.  He currently spends time on a variety of projects, including indie film releases, corporate and product campaigns, talent and media relations for Animation/VFX and writing,  media relations, social media/marketing for multiple other client partners.
